Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque and Foreign Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano recently alleged that the drug syndicates may be using human rights groups to discredit the efforts of the government, but the Philippine National Police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency on Tuesday said they had no evidence to back on this.
