Kim Chong Yol, former North Korean intelligence chief, accused in deadly attacks in South Korea, will lead the Hermit’s Kingdom high-level delegation to the Pyeongyang Winter Olympics’ closing ceremony.

Kim will join an eight-member delegation to South Korea for a visit expected to last three days. Meanwhile, U.S. President donal Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, will be the leading the U.S. delegation.
